By purchasing through you are submitting your order on a secure and authorized website. Upon submitting your order you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is submitted we will process it within the following business day. If an item is out of stock or there is an issue with the order we will reach out right away and prior to the order being processed. Items that are in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days of the order being processed, and you will then receive an email with your tracking number inside. If you would like to check status or modify an existing order with us please email us at or login to your customer portal.


All orders will be shipped using the fastest and most economic carrier. Most shipments will use FedEx, but we also use USPS and DHL. Local pickup can be performed at our location on most items we carry, however we ask that you give us a call prior to showing up so we can check if the items are in stock. For more information on our shipping options Click Here.


You may cancel or modify your order anytime prior to shipment. If you order has already shipped and you would like to cancel it please see our return policy for any applicable re-stocking fee you may be charged. Should you want to return an item after you have received it there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. If you would like to cancel an order after it has already been charged, but not shipped there will be a 5% cancellation fee.  After 30 days we can no longer accept a return.  If the product has been installed the product is yours, unless there is a fitment issue.  If the proper steps are not taken to install the product correctly and you choose to return the item the 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Shipping itself is not refundable.

We accept all major credit cards including; Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept bank wire transfers (funds must clear before shipment of product), Paypal and Affirm. Out of Stock Orders

If we receive an order that has any out of stock parts we will reach out to you shortly via phone or email. If you agree to wait for the product to be back in stock then the order will be processed/charged in full. The order then acts as your place holder and we will hold that product for you.

In accordance with federal law we must charge sales tax on all items shipping to our resident state of California. All other orders shipping to states outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

Price Protection

Our product prices will periodically change as material cost fluctuate and/or we have over stock on an item(s) . If you have purchased an item and see that the price has dropped within 30 days of your purchase please contact us and we will give you store credit for the difference. Store credit cannot be used with discounts or valid coupon codes.

A: The majority of RW Carbon's products are made overseas in our own factory. This give us complete control on how the products are made and what kind of raw materials we use. Q: Where do our parts ship from?
A: Every last one of our products ship from our location here in Southern California. We never ship direct from overseas which allows us to quality check each and every part prior to shipping to our customers.

Q: Can I install RW Carbon's products at home?
A: Yes, but it will depend on your installation experience with carbon fiber product. If you need installation help please contact us. Although some items can simply be installed at home we still insists and strongly urge that all of our products are to be installed by a professional body shop for the best fitment possible. RW Carbon also offers installations at a very competitive price. 

Q: What is the difference between your products and the ones I find off Ebay?
A: Here at RW Carbon we quality control and check each item we sell prior to shipping it out.  We also work closely with our factory to produce the best quality products using only brand name raw materials.  Our factory only produces for us so each mold is tested and every product is backed by a fitment and quality guarantee with a 30 day hassle free return policy.  Most of Ebay products are lower quality and can be a shot in the dark when it comes to fitment.
