Presenting our next build for RW Carbon, a brand new 2019 BMW F90 M5 Competition! There were many cars that we considered when it came to choosing our next project, but when it came down to it, the F90 M5 made the most sense. There is an incereasing demand for carbon fiber parts in the super sedan category and I think we all fall in love with the new M5 design from BMW.
This new F90 M5 Competition pushes 625 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque through all 4 wheels, catapulting this car from 0-60 mph in only 3.3 seconds. On top of the immense power, we spec'd this car in a very rare color, Champagne Quartz. With the color of the exterior combined with the Aragon Brown leather interior it makes the car an instant show stopper. The look of this car is already very aggressive however, with some added RW carbon fiber the appearance will truely match the performance. This car is going to go under the knife soon and we cannot wait to share with you the finished product. Stay tuned!
The First of Many Carbon Fiber Kits
With already so many carbon fiber options RW Carbon is producing it was hard to decide on which kit to start with. We ultimately went with the Man Style CF Front Lip, Performance Style Side Skirt Extensions, 3D Style Trunk Spoiler and the Performance Style Diffuser. These are fairly modest when it comes to other options but we believed it was the best choice to start off its transformation. This setup is great for a mild upgrade that is lowered and daily driving friendly.
RW’s First Signature F90 M5 Part
We wanted to create something that was unlike anything else on the market, but was also large and aggressive to match the big presence of this car. We believe we hit the nail on the head with our RWS F90 M5 Trunk Spoiler. Designed in house at RW Carbon, this spoiler fits great and it an instant head turner.
Our F90 M5 is Rocking Some New Kicks
We finally decided to pull the trigger on some new wheels for our BMW F90 M5. We were in search of a wheel that would complement not only the color of the car, but the body lines as well. We decided on a set of Custom 3 Piece Forged Wheels from Avant Garde. These wheels are 21x10 front and 21x11 rear, and were mated with some large Michelin tires. With a polished chrome lip and a gunmetal spoke color, these wheels compliment the car in such a unique way.
One Last Setup Before the Finale
Before finishing off our project with our completed RWS aero kit, we decided to give it one last different look. This time we opted for the 3D Style Front Lip, 3D Style Diffuser and a set of our newly released Carbon Fiber Grilles.
The Finale!
Finally, it is time to finish off this F90 M5 build with our newly developed RW Signatures Carbon Fiber Aero Kit! This beautifully crafted kit is big, bold and just what you need to take your F90 M5 to the ultimate level in styling. Each piece is design in house and tested to ensure the parts fit perfectly and look incredible. Together the CF aero kit gives our F90 M5 a lower and more race inspired feel without sacrificing too much ground clearance. Making this setup a show stopper that can easily be daily driven. The full kit includes an RWS Front Lip, Diffuser, Side Skirt Extensions and of course the Trunk Spoiler that we added earlier. To finish up the setup we also added our Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps and CF Fender Trims.
