RW Carbon Project - BMW G05 X5 xDrive 50e

This brand new 2024 BMW G05 X5 LCI 50e is first in line to be RW Carbon's first project car of 2024. It was custom ordered from Crevier BMW in Santa Ana California and took about 4 months to arrive. The most notable custom order was the paint job. We decided to go with Daytona Violet Metallic with full black leather interior. This build came at the perfect time as we recently sold out F95 X5M so we are happy to still have an SUV in the RW family. Rather than going with one of the standard drivetrain options, we opted for the 50e or electric and gas hybrid which produces 483 HP and 516 TQ. We rae excited to start fresh with a new project for 2024 so stay tuned for more updates. For now, please enjoy the first teaser photo of the car when we picked it up from the dealership.

A few updates today! The X5 went under the knife today to get its first batch of RW Carbon fiber parts and accessories installed. We opted for the RWS Side Skirt Extensions, Performance Style Diffuser with the Rear Bumper Winglets, Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps and CF License Plate Frame. This will be the first of several updated for this project. This week the car will be 3D scanned and we will be making a front lip spoiler. Phase 2 of our carbon fiber build on this G05 LCI is completed. Our last update we touched on the side profile of the X5 and the rear but this phase is all about the front end. It went from 0-100 really fast with no carbon to almost every removable panel replaced with high end dry carbon fiber. We first added a new Performance Style Front Lip. This piece gives the BMW a lower and more aggressive stance. Next up are the carbon fiber replacement pieces which include: OEM style center bumper trim, front fender vents and a new grille. Combined, these pieces give our G05 X5 LCI a completely different look. Each piece is made using high strength and ultra-lightweight dry carbon fiber. They are clear coated for a high gloss finish and all mount us factory mounting locations to make installation as easy as possible.
